Arthur Hulbert has over 20 years of leadership experience in a variety of environments. He received a bachelor’s in health science and a master's degree in physical therapy from the University of Central Arkansas and then he completed his doctorate in physical therapy from Rocky Mountain University in Provo, Utah. He has taught classes for the University of Oklahoma and Oklahoma State. In 2009, he became a published author in the peer reviewed medical journal, Current Orthopedic Practice.

Janet Hulbert, a graduate from the University of Central Arkansas, has more than 20 years of experience providing and managing therapy services. Her primary clinical expertise is in pediatrics and children with special needs.

Emma Hulbert graduated summa cum laude from the University of Arkansas in 2023. There, she enjoyed being involved with her community and friends through her 4 years on the Razorback Cheer team. She is passionate about connecting compassionate nurses with quality employers.
